As per regulatory guidelines, non-completion of the below will lead to frozen folios:
As per the regulatory requirement, the nomination and relationship must be updated in the existing folios of the respective RTAs. The links wherein the investors can update the same direction are attached for your reference.
1) The RTAs have provided a digital mechanism for updating the Nomination in the existing folios for the respective investor. This link can be shared with your investors who can in turn provide the required credentials and update the nomination in the RTA records.

2) The RTAs have provided a digital mechanism for updating the Relationship in the existing folios for the respective investor. This link can be shared with your investors who can in turn provide the required credentials and update the relationship in the RTA records.

3) The RTAs have provided a digital mechanism for Updating the Email Id./Mobile No and family Declaration in the existing folios for the respective investor.

11) The RTAs have provided a digital mechanism to Update Bank Accounts in the existing folios (up to 1.50 Lakh) for the respective investor.
Request you to kindly guide your investors to update their nominations in the respective folios for the successful processing of their transactions before 31st December 2023. Kindly note the updating of nominations and relationships is only for individual investors.
Nomination is a facility that enables an individual unitholder (including the sole proprietor of sole proprietary concern) to nominate a person, who can claim the Units held by the unitholder or the redemption proceeds thereof in the event of the death of the unitholder.
If the Units are held jointly by more than one person, all joint unit holders are required to nominate a person in whom all the rights in the units would vest in the event of the death of all the joint unit holders.
